I agree – powerful. You take back your own voice when you refuse to listen to the one that nags from the past or beats you with the judgment of others. It’s the kind of poem that should be taped on the mirror and pasted across the livingroom walls;
Wayne Dyer has a shorter, one-word version of this self-dialog. When the negative thought appears, he says, “Next!”
